Decision Making

Multi-tier approval workflows for verification requests.

Decision Making & Approvals

Once a field agent completes a verification job and submits the required data (photos, coordinates, forms), the request enters a Pending Review state. Your organization's review or risk team must then evaluate the submission and make a final decision.

The platform provides a three-tier approval system to ensure nuance and accuracy in handling field verifications.

1. Approved & Verified (Green)

Select this option when you are completely satisfied with the agent's submission.

  • Criteria: The agent visited the correct location, provided accurate comments, and the customer meets all onboarding requirements.
  • Outcome: The job is marked as successfully completed, and the field agent is automatically credited and paid for their work.

2. Not Approved (Amber)

Select this option when the agent performed their duties correctly, but the customer themselves failed your internal business criteria.

  • Criteria: The agent went to the field and gathered the required data, but the customer cannot be onboarded (e.g., they moved, refused to cooperate, or failed a background check).
  • Outcome: The customer onboarding is halted, but because the field agent successfully completed their assigned task of visiting and reporting, the agent still gets paid.

3. Rejected (Red)

Select this option when the verification was performed improperly or fraudulently by the field agent.

  • Criteria: The agent submitted blurry photos, visited the wrong location, or submitted fake data. You are not convinced the verification was done properly.
  • Outcome: The job is rejected, and the field agent does not get paid.
  • Requirements: When rejecting a job, you must provide a Rejection Note explaining why the submission was unsatisfactory. You may also optionally upload an evidence file to support the rejection decision.
