Dashboard Overview

Welcome to the Melon Web Dashboard. This platform serves as your organization's central hub for managing field operations, tracking impact metrics, and overseeing verification processes.

Getting Started

When you first log in to the dashboard, you are greeted with the Overview page. This section provides a high-level summary of your organization's performance and recent activities.

Key Metrics

• Total Requests: The total number of jobs/verifications submitted.
• Completed / Approved: The number of successfully verified and approved jobs.
• Pending / In Review: Jobs that are currently awaiting field agent action or admin review.
• Rejected: Jobs that failed verification or did not meet onboarding criteria.

Navigation Sidebar

Use the left sidebar to navigate between different modules:

• Overview: High-level statistics and insights.
• KYC: Manage Know Your Customer verifications and approvals.
• Reports: Build survey forms and view field data submissions.
• Impact Metrics: Track your organization's social and operational impact.
• Portfolio: Manage projects, beneficiaries, and investments.
• Map View: Visualize activities and field agents geographically.
• Settings: Configure webhooks, API keys, and organizational preferences.

User Profile & Organization

You can manage your account settings and organization details by clicking on your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner or navigating to the Settings page. From there, you can view your active subscription plan, invite team members, and configure platform-wide preferences.
